We can also help you to train and prepare for specific events including marathons, triathlons and obstacle races such as Tough Mudder and Spartan.


Whether you are new to the gym or a seasoned pro we can help you to safely achieve your goals through a combination of exercise and nutrition advice.

We offer one to one, small group (2-4 person) and online options for our standard personal training sessions. We can also offer personal training in your own home or outdoors in a local park.

Personal training sessions run for 1 hour and include a warm up, cool down and stretching. Assisted stretching is offered on one to one in-person sessions.

BOXING - MUAY THAI - KICKBOXING

Carla is our Muay Thai and kickboxing expert. Her own training in this sport at a professional level allows her to focus on improving your technique as well as ensuring that you get a good workout.

We offer one to one and small group (2-4 person) options for our boxing/kickboxing sessions. We can also offer training in your own home or outdoors in a local park.

Training sessions run for 1 hour and include a warm up, cool down and stretching. Assisted stretching is offered on one to one in-person sessions.

No equipment is required. Boxing gloves and hand wraps can be provided upon request.

INJURY REHABILITATION

We are also able to offer personal training for those suffering with acute and chronic pain and injuries. Katie is qualified in rehabilitation with many years of experience working with injuries and rehabilitating clients back to full health and mobility. 

Whether you have been treated for a specific injury or suffer with chronic aches and pains, rehabilitation is a vital part of your treatment and recovery.​

We will work with you to devise a specific exercise programme that will improve the mobility, flexibility and strength of the injured area. As you progress in your training the exercises will become more challenging, thereby continually strengthening and improving the area in question.

Rehabilitation sessions are offered on a one to one basis either in person or online. Sessions run for 1 hour including a warm up, cool down and stretching. Assisted stretching is offered on one to one in-person sessions.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Massage therapy is the manipulation of the soft tissues in the body and has been used for centuries to help alleviate tight, aching and painful muscles. However, massage works beyond the release and relaxation of tight muscles and has been shown to help improve circulation, posture, stiffness and neural entrapment.

Specifically, deep tissue and sports massage works deep into the soft tissue releasing those knotted and tight muscles and alleviating the discomfort and pain from muscular over-use, general occupational stresses and chronic pain conditions.​

Katie is our fully qualified Sports Therapist specifically offering treatments in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage for either a general relief of tight aching muscles or as a treatment for a chronic or current injury. ​
